• You may submit to multiple genres: up to 5 poems, 3 fiction pieces, 3 creative nonfiction pieces, and 5 art pieces.
• Please do not include your name anywhere on your manuscripts or artwork. (We like surprises!)
• If you are submitting multiple pieces across the same or different genres, please include all of your pieces in a single submissions as individual files.
• Submit all pieces as individual files, with only the piece’s title as the file name.
• Only current undergraduate students at Rice University may submit to this magazine.

By submitting, you agree to allow R2: The Rice Review to publish any or all of your submitted works in the event that the magazine accepts your submissions, as well as display them online at r2ricereview.com. You agree that your name as it is written is how you would like it to appear in the magazine. You agree that the title of the document/s uploaded are the title of the piece as you would like it to appear in the magazine.
